Personal Trainers

Tim Forster has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and is the Fitness Director of the Janesville Athletic Club/Janesville Athletic Club Express. In addition to managing the Personal Training and Group Fitness Staff, he is a Personal Trainer certified with ACE and DotFIT and a Group Fitness Instructor certified with ACE.  Other certifications Tim holds include Yoga Fit and Tai-Chi with World Tai-Chi.  His specialties include strength training for all ages, sport specific training and training for special populations.  Tim is a graduate of UW-Whitewater and worked as the Fitness Director of The Avani Spa at The Abbey Resort before joining our team.  When Tim is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Stacey and two boys Thorin and Thayden.  He also enjoys mountain biking, baseball, golf, fishing, classic cars and travel.

Lyla Fell has worked at the Janesville Athletic Club/Janesville Athletic Club Express since 1998. She is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE), DotFIT and is a level two instructor with Yoga Fit and teaches SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch. She enjoys working with all age levels, teens to seniors. Lyla thoroughly enjoys working with the members and there is no greater joy for her than to see someone reach their goals/dreams. Lyla enjoys reading, practicing Yoga, kayaking and spending time with her family and Shih Tzu Mia.

Kelly Jones is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. She has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2001 holding certifications through NASM, ACE and DotFIT. Kelly’s hobbies include strength training, running, and racquetball and spending time with her family.

Terri Clore has been involved in health and wellness since 1992. She has a B.S. in Physical Education from UW-Oshkosh. Terri is a certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE and DotFIT. She also enjoys teaching group fitness classes and is certified by MAFA, BOSU and SPIN®. Terri enjoys weight training, biking, swimming, water activities, and quiet time at home with her family.
